This was an exciting day for me! Not only was it my first full shoot after maternity leave, but I got to hang out with a glowing mama in her final weeks of pregnancy, AND shoot at Washington Oaks Gardens (which I've been dying to do forever)!
Robert and Jenna were high school sweethearts and briefly long distance in college. You know their love runs super deep because after a couple of years, she left UF (go gators!!) to join him and finish school at FSU. I'll give you a minute to process that... ;) After five years of marriage, they're ready to grow their family by one sweet little boy, Brooks, due April 28th.
After weeks of rainy and overcast weather, we lucked out with nothing but clear, blue skies! Jenna was a trooper and followed me all over the park in heels, sitting in the dirt, and bouldering over rocks, all while carrying a giant bowling ball in her belly.
Robert and Jenna, thank you for trusting my ideas and not making me feel like a crazy person for squatting in the bushes! I hope you enjoy my favorite images below! Next time you're in front of the camera, there will be THREE of you! I can't wait!!!
